Well here’s a YBF Chick in the making.  9-year-old Starr Andrews just upped the ante for amateur figure skaters.  Check out her video of her newest performance to Willow Smith‘s "Whip My Hair" with a bit of a Nicki Minaj remix thrown in.

Loves this! Starr rocked her Chuck Taylor skates and neon hair and sparkly outfit to bring some life to the ice. And this vid has been all over the net recently with over 200,000 views. Ms. Sassy has been skating for a few years now. And it looks like she’s aiming to bring this one to the professionals. Hope her mom has those Olympic trial forms ready….
